Starting today, players who’ve completed the first Space Anomaly mission will be given the option to investigate a new parallel universe discovered by Specialist Polo and Priest Entity Nada. This previously unknown version of the universe is teeming with new sights to see and possibly even fauna to document. There have already been plenty of incredible discoveries made in No Man’s Sky, and this represents a chance to possibly find something even better....

The biggest No Man’s Sky feature addition of the Expeditions update is Expeditions itself. An Expedition is an entirely new season-based mode. Starting an Expedition starts the player on the same planet as every other player starting an Expedition. Each player will also have what’s being called a “Shared Journey,” which is a unique set of milestones and phases that keep players progressing together through the universe, while also earning exclusive seasonal rewards in the process....
