The Sky Crawlers: Innocent Aces

Price: $39.99

This game is similar to the other flight simulators, but features it’s own pretty different story line. The game takes place in a world where there are no wars, but apparently humans have an unquenchable thirst for wars so corporations have planned battles against each other to entertain us savages. Apparently this game is pretty good though, so it may be worth a try.

WiiWare

Chronos Twins DX

Price: 1,000 Wii Points

Chronos Twins DX is a very original title for the Wii system. The player controls Nec in two different scenarios that occur simultaneously… it sounds complicated and it is, but still fun! This game combines platforming, action, adventure and some puzzles that will rock you to your very core.

Pheonix Wright: Ace Attorney

Price: 1,000 Wii Points

I can’t use an “OBJECTION!” joke because I used it in the opener of this article, but what I can tell you is that this is basically the DS version on the Wii. That is certainly not a bad thing however, as the game has new Wii motion controls!

ShadowPlay

Price: 800 Wii Points

The only game I know that will let you make a dolphin out of a banana, ShadowPlay is a puzzle game with no limitations. You can create whatever you want out of different shadows! Of course if I get this game I’ll probably just end up making inappropriate images with the shadows while giggling to myself.

Virtual Console

Shanghai II: Dragon’s Eye

Price: 800 Wii Points

System: Genesis

Mahjong is all the rage with seniors nowadays, and now you can revisit a game that your grandmother may have played back in the day. I personally would rather just buy a set of mahjong tiles and play dominoes, but this isn’t a bad alternative!

DSiWare

Jazzy Billiards

Price: 500 DSi Points

You use the stylus to aim and then smack the cue ball, which is pretty straightforward. There are 9 different stages and the computer player’s difficulty adjusts to make it more challenging. This title is also multiplayer, so if you can convince your friends to buy it then maybe you won’t feel as bad for investing your money in this instead of something awesome, like a Super Mario Clock.

Touch Solitaire

Price: 500 DSi Points

Solitaire fans rejoice at the sight of Touch Solitaire! This game features 2 of the most popular modes, this of course being Spider and Klondike. I’m not very good at solitaire, so it’s good to know that you can tweak the difficulty level to match your skill… or lack there of.

Word Searcher

Price: 500 DSi Points

Yet another puzzle game hits this week. Word Searcher is a pretty self-explanatory title, you search for words in a jumble of letters. There are 100 different themed puzzles so there is plenty of playtime in this game!

This ends another Nintendo Weekly Update! I hope it was the roller coaster ride of emotions you thought it would be. GameRant will give you another dose of Nintendo next week!

What game is your favorite this week? Are you going to download any of these games?
